Huckleberry Picking
We've been doing a lot of huckleberry picking the past couple of weeks. Audrey ready or not right before we left to go pick with Mom Swanson and Tara. Audrey loves to pull her hat down over her eyes and suck her little pointer finger.

My first Bird!
Not to be out done by the men, I shot my first Blue Grouse this past Monday. I'm still getting the hang of the shotgun. I still like the rifle better.Grouse
This past weekend Lucas' brother Pat (center) and our friend Gabe came up for some hunting and fishing. They all shot a grouse. I didn't get one this time. Oh well. 75% success!

Baths!
At first Audrey hated the bathtub. But now as you can see she loves her rubber duckie baths. I tried to get a pic of her crossing her ankles, but everytime I went to shoot the pic she would un-cross them. She loves just hanging out in the tub, splashing in the water and chewing on her duckie.
I caught her winking at me! She's just to cute for her only good!
Fall is in the Air!!
Lucas ready to shoot a grouse if it crossed our path. A grouse is a game bird about the size of a chicken and it tastes much better then chicken and is better for you.

Here it is only September 2 and we're already getting snow. I think it's going to be a long fall and winter.
