Winter Aready?

Cora 8 weeks!

Cora has started smiling and cooing. She's just getting so big. She's much bigger than Audrey at this age. A dress that Audrey wore at 5 months, Cora is wearing now!

I know call me crazy, but we just got a new puppy, Oreo.

She's 6 weeks old and is one of Bandit's daughters.

Moose

I'm a little behind the times, so I thought that I'd update everyone on the happenings in the family. I was so excited for Lucas, on October 2, Lucas shot his first and only Shiras Moose in Idaho. By law, in Idaho you can only shoot one bull and one cow moose in your whole life. The bull's rack was 44 inches wide, which is a very nice size Shiras bull. We'll be eating moose for a long time. We have around 400 plus pounds of meat and boy is it good!

Cora's Baptism

Cora Tiffany Swanson baptized October 4, 2009, witnessed by Grandma & Grandpa Swanson, Grandma Reiter, Uncle Jeremy & cousin Zach, Uncle Pat, Great Grandma Klootwyk and Gabe Ealy and our church body Christ Church Missoula.

Our elder Mike Lawyer from Christ Church Moscow officiated the service.

Cora was not to happy about taking pictures, she just wanted to eat.

We celebrated with moose backstrap and tenderloin steaks, potato casserole and Caesar salad. For dessert we had White chocolate cheesecake with black raspberry liqueur sauce.
