Plum Crumble

It was fantastic! It wasn't to sweet. With the orange juice in it, kept it balanced. It was fabulous!

Flowers and Food

When I saw these flowers I couldn't pass them up.

I made a plum crumble on Friday and I thought it was so pretty looking. We're having it this afternoon with some whipping cream. I can't wait. I'll let you all know how it tastes.

Audrey loves to workout with Lucas. She does push-ups, pull-ups, she tries to lift the weights, but they're a bit on the heavy side. She just loves her time with daddy!

Last night I made homemade pizza with bear sausage and black olives. It was so good! We really enjoyed it.

Audrey's 2 birthday!!

We had a wonderful birthday for Audrey on Saturday with the Crawford family. Audrey had a great time with Miles (who's just a month older). She had a chocolate cake with cream cheese frosting, she left the cake and ate the frosting. I think she takes after her daddy and mommy with her love for frosting. I made Chicken Alfredo and Caesar salad. She licks the dressing off and leaves the lettuce. Funny girl!! I can't believe she's already two.

Valentine's Day 2010

We had a wonderful day. It started off this morning with a heart shaped bear sausage quiche before church. Then this afternoon Lucas barbecued chicken with 'Chukar Cherries' Cherry Chutney BBQ Sauce which is absolutely heavenly, (www.chukar.com), I made rice pilaf and steamed carrots with some wonderful sparkling wine to top it off. Then of course we had to have popcorn to finish the day. What a special day with the ones I love.
