July 4 Celebration

I'm finally getting around to posting on the 4 of July BBQ we went to. We had a great food BBQ pork, potato salad, fruit salad and dessert, with our closest neighbors and enjoyed good fellowship.

The girls enjoying sparklers. Because we live in the National Forest we aren't allowed to have real fireworks. We didn't get into town to watch any, since we left for California at 4:30 the next morning.

We had a great celebration.

Standing on What I believe

There's been a lot of bombardment from our culture to cave and not stand on what we believe and hold dear. If we don't stand on Christ who called us before the foundations of the world as Christians, then who we are in CHRIST is compromised and our witness it crushed. God forbid.

Hair Stylings of Audrey

The other day I came out of the bathroom to find hair clippings all over the living room floor. Audrey decided to give both Cora and herself haircuts. See the damage!

There wasn't a whole lot that I could do for Audrey's bangs (as you can see)!

Oh well, at least it's hair and it grows back.
