Audrey is such a daddy's little girl.
Cora was so tired by this time. She had already miss her morning nap and was quickly falling apart. After picking we went to Weir hot springs, twenty miles west of us.
Audrey wasn't to sure at first, but then she had a great time hanging on to daddy's hand and swimming around. Cora on the other hand is our water baby! She had so much fun splashing around and putting her face in the water trying to drink it (though I didn't let her), she didn't want to leave.
It was so relaxing, thought the hike in was a bit trying with the girls on our back and watching Bandit. It's not the easiest trail to hike. It's rather steep and rocky. We had the pool to ourselves and didn't have to worry about any nude people (which was so nice). It was such a great day as a family. We've been missing daddy a lot with him being gone and with the busy hunting season coming on us. In the next month or so we're not going to have very many times like this as a family, so we were thoroughly enjoying our time.

oh my goodness, that looks like fun! Its so beautiful up where you live. I want to come explore! When we drive through Oregon, I've told Jason "so much of this state looks like pictures of where my friend Cola lives!" - gorgeous, gorgeous everywhere.
The girls are getting so big; loved Cora's face in that picture where she's sleepy in the carrier :)
Hot Springs? How fun! I have always wanted to try some out.
What a wonderful day!
The huckleberries here on the Palouse are dreadful (we got enough for just three muffins--and at the same spot last year we'd gotten enough for a year's worth of sauce, muffins, pancakes and more!).
So . . . hot springs and huckleberries! I'm jealous:)
We need to go there with you! It looks like you had a ball. Love you all!!!
