Last Saturday we invited our whole church up to our home for a moose burger cookout. What a fantastic day we had. It had been raining for a week and a half prior and on Saturday it was sunny and 80 degrees. We set up our garage with the food table, which was filled with fabulous food, like cucumber dill salad, fresh cherries, grapes, strawberries, garden veggies, crab dip, salsa and chips and baked beans. We're going to try and have it be an annual event.
I had to strap Cora to a chair, because she kept taking food off of the plates of everyone. Little good it did, though. Notice she standing up with the chair strapped to her backside. It was so funny to watch!
What would an outing at our house be like without guns? Do YOU suppose it's going to happen?Probably NOT.

Audrey is seriously just all of a sudden looking like such a big girl :)

BTW we didn't call you over the weekend because we were out of cell range until late yesterday afternoon and then we didn't want to interfere with Lucas's homecoming! But we were with you in spirit.
