We had a wonderful day. It started off this morning with a heart shaped bear sausage quiche before church. Then this afternoon Lucas barbecued chicken with 'Chukar Cherries' Cherry Chutney BBQ Sauce which is absolutely heavenly, (www.chukar.com), I made rice pilaf and steamed carrots with some wonderful sparkling wine to top it off. Then of course we had to have popcorn to finish the day. What a special day with the ones I love.
